Job Description

  • Export Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with the warehouse department and related departments to prepare export shipment plans.
  • Coordinate with shipping lines and freight forwarders to prepare shipping documents and process customs clearance procedures.
  • Prepare export documentation and verify the accuracy of loading operations before shipment dispatch.
  • Monitor shipment status and provide updates to relevant departments.
  • Prepare reports and maintain export shipment records.

  • Coordinate with related departments to prepare import plans.
  • Coordinate with shipping companies to prepare documents for customs clearance procedures.
