❖ Manage daily operational IT support to internal and external users.
❖ Guest internet access, troubleshooting connectivity issues, and addressing specific guest requirements to enhance user satisfaction.
❖ Continuously monitored and maintained the resort’s IT network infrastructure and related.
❖ Resort network infrastructure migration project planning, design, configuration and managed.
❖ AD, DNS, VMware ESXi, Proxmox, Dell servers, Opera, MC, POS systems, Microsoft NAV, HR attendance system, Bio metric system and other server-related services manage and support.
❖ Config, troubleshoot of Fortigate FWL, Mikrotik routers, Aruba switches, Aruba Central, HP,Dell switch, Zyexel, PBX, IPTV,OLT, ONU, Optic fiber,cabling and splicing.
❖ Aruba, Grandstream, TP-Link, Unifi, Engenius, D-Link, Ruckus APs config and managed.
❖ CCTV project planning, installation, and managed (NVR, IP cameras (HIK, UNV, Dahua, TP-Link, Reolink,VIVOTEK).
❖ User IP assignments, Switching, VLAN config, inter-VLAN routing, Firewall policy, SSL VPN, NAS sytem and network-related issues.
❖ Network design and rack diagram, IP lists and IT relate devices inventory sever managed.
