• 2. Work with the production manager to plan and schedule production.

• 4. Manage the shop man-power to ensure that the required personnel are adequate to achieve the company

• 5. Allocate and prioritize workload to meet production requirement and analyze the work place situation

• 6. Responsible for the daily output, quality, timeliness and planning for all shop such as works to achieve the

• 8. Ensure that employee performing within the competency level required by the company, implement staff’s performance and career development plan.
• 9. Oversee the production employee’s performance and perform regular, goals and other performance measures in each function, make recommendations regarding employee’s promotion.
