- For Southeast Asia Intermediates & Synthetics, Global Business Support Division Coordinate with global supply chain teams, business units, and Freight Traders to align supply and demand through effective vessel scheduling, chartering, and shipping opportunities.
- Act as the primary contact for vessel operations and initial incidents, managing change, resolving unforeseen issues, and ensuring safe,compliant operations in line with corporate policies and industry standards.
- Monitor and report vessel performance by providing timely, accurate updates on movements, ETA/ETD, in-port activities, and key voyage data.
- Maintain accurate records in GOM and collaborate with internal interfaces, including Product Management MI, to ensure freight and voyage-related charges are correctly processed and paid on time.
