Job Description

  • Conduct end-to-end recruitment for nationwide positions, including Customer Service , Branch Manager , and other assigned roles.
  • Manage job postings, pre-screen candidates, conduct interviews, and coordinate job offers with store branches.
  • Prepare daily recruitment reports and maintain accurate candidate records.
  • Oversee staffing needs for assigned regions to ensure timely and efficient manpower fulfillment.
  • Support additional HR and administrative tasks as required.
