• - Designed specialized measuring tools and fixtures tailored for workpieces, components in molds, and various machine parts to enhance production accuracy.
• - Developed a range of jigs for production lines, including CNC milling jigs, CNC lathe jigs, wire cut jigs, and EDM jigs, ensuring efficiency and precision in manufacturing processes.
• - Created custom electrodes specifically for EDM machines used in production, optimizing performance and reliability.
• - Produced detailed 3D models and made necessary modifications to designs to ensure they matched the specifications of actual workpieces, facilitating seamless integration in production.
