• Responsible Project
• - SANSIRI Residential Phase I: 540 Units ( Pilot installation phase I for housing projects)
• - SANSIRI PCF 320 kWp (PPA), SANSIRI CONDO LOWRISE ( 3 Sites location total 680 kWp)
• - Project owner: lead, manage, verify, audit, and report construction of solar PV plants by EPCs.
• - Lead overall project engineering for PV plants assigned, representing on behalf of Ion as PV the project's owner/investor; ensure construction is completed to a high standard, within time, and budget specified
• - Manage relationship with all stakeholders (e. g. EPC, Ion's PPA client, suppliers); act as key Person In Charge to drive project to successful completion. Verify and approve all relevant project planning and construction, including procurement and permit application; manage and optimize process to ensure optimal operation
• - Audit all actions taken by EPC and suppliers/subcontractors; ensure all steps completed to high standard and as per approved plan; ensure all contractual obligations for power plants including laws, ordinances and contracts are met
• - Report on project regularly and rigorously to management and relevant stakeholders; track projects in an organized and efficient manner; report and escalate issues as required
