• Design and develop electrical systems including power distribution, MCC & control panels, and automation hardware based on project specifications. Create and revise electrical schematics and wiring diagrams. Reviewed engineering drawing and provided technical clarification to the consultant and customer. Select appropriate components (e.g., circuit breakers, contactors, sensors, VFDs, PLCs) based on technical and cost considerations. Prepare detailed documentation including BOMs, layout drawings, and cable schedules, load list, single line diagram, Grounding layout drawings, lighting drawings, lightning protection system drawings, electrical typical installation, instrument typical installation, cable connection wiring diagram, loop diagram. Ensure compliance with relevant standards (e.g., IEC, UL) and internal engineering practices. Collaborate with cross functional teams (mechanical, software, project) during design reviews and implementation. Provide technical support to internal and external clients, including production assembly, internal startup, installation, pretest, and troubleshooting. Support the purchasing team with technical evaluations and by sourcing new suppliers. Contribute to safety compliance by integrating proper design standards and practices. Manage electrical spare parts for repair, replacement, and upgrades to ensure proper usage.

Tracking Plan and Project progress update report to manager. Liaise with safety team to provide safety certificate, PPE, safety training course to ensure safety contact before work. Supervising, supporting, reporting to ensure the safe, efficient and successful delivery to determine compliance with regulations and applicable standards. Support Document Schedule plan, progress update, Checklist and Inspection report. Being responsible about quality control of the PSD Installation work to ensure execution is in line with the contract and applicable permit. Support Installation Inspection checklist as per require. Support Construction report Like material consumption, contactor VO defended evident document, material receive, defect report before installation. Control contactor Install PDP, PSCC, DB cabinet. Install interface cable. Survey, Marking, Coring, Cutting. Install PSD Doorways and Alignment. Install Cable Containment on Platform and Communication Room. Install Battery Rack. Cable Pulling and wiring. IAT Doorways Alignment. Waste management. Safety Awareness. Sate Awareness when work on track (TP).
