-Back up PLC software data and maintain system control to support daily work
-Prepare and submit maintenance report to relevant authorities, including recording problem and solutions for future reference , and ensuring accessibility at anytime.
-Analyze ,inspect , troubleshoot , and resolve connectivity issue betweer Baggage Handling system (BHS) and PLC-Siemens Logistics.
- Perform quality inspections according to ISO9001 std. and safety policies underISO 45001.
- Monitor equipment usage and support preventive maintenance.
- Inspect and test equipment ( computer interface cables ,etc.) to ensure they are always operational and ready for use in case of equipment failure
- Prepare , coordinate and inspect hardware setting , VFD ( Variable Frequency Drive) and other related devices to start up the system in accordance with the design and manufacturer's
standards.
- Prepare training materials, identify causes of faults provide troubleshooting and inspection methods (including handling recurring issues ), and train operators ( Baggage Operators) following the design and manufacturer's std. Training shall be provided continuously.
