Job Description

  • - Conduct experimental trials aimed at optimizing pasta formulation by testing various ingredients and cooking methods.
  • - Analyze the impact of oxidoreductase enzymes on the texture properties of the pasta, assessing factors such as firmness, chewiness, and overall mouthfeel.
  • - Compile data from trials to identify trends and make informed recommendations for improving product quality and customer satisfaction.
  • - Collaborate with team members to refine processes based on experimental findings and ensure consistency in pasta production.
