Job Description

  • Manage and oversee production operations across 4 welding production lines, ensuring output aligns with planned schedules and targets. - Develop mid- to long-term production plans (3 5 years) in alignment with factory strategy and market demand. - Conduct capacity planning to support production volume increases and future expansion. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Production Planning and QC to resolve issues and improve manufacturing efficiency. - Control quality, safety, and production costs throughout the metal welding process. - Lead and manage supervisors and production staff, while developing team capability and workforce performance.
