Create Purchase Orders and coordinate importexport shipments with overseas suppliers.
Follow up shipment schedules to ensure on-time delivery according to agreed terms and conditions.
Prepare documents for Letter of Credit (L/C) issuance.
Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal departments for smooth import operations.
Update and compare sea freight rates and negotiate shipping costs for each shipment.
Prepare and verify shipping documents for customs clearance (Invoice, Packing List, B/L, Certificate of Origin, Form 32, etc.).
Arrange marine cargo insurance and handle cargo damage claims with insurance companies.
Coordinate domestic transportation and evaluate preliminary logistics costs.
Record shipment details and prepare shipment reports for management.
Prepare payment requisitions for the finance department to arrange supplier payments.
