3. Set up and control regulations and activities in department to direct drivers and trucks follow Company policies.
4. Set up Punishments, and enforce on drivers, subcontractors, and subordinates.
5. Strategy formulation, set up, evaluate, and present KPI for department to Executive Administrative.
6. Be assigned missions by Director, and perform and aim team to the targets.
7. Create a functional and technical design document for the reports.
8. Take care of special customers and VIP account.
9. Inspect and communicate with internal coordination and customers.
Responsible for Driver Center Department, by ruling and controlling drivers whole country about 500-600 pickup trucks.
Under managing 3 sub-teams.
1. Pick up team, 1 Supervisor, 14 staffs.
2. Delivery team, 1 Supervisor, 14 staffs.
3. Receiving team, 1 Supervisor, 5 staffs.
Other Individual duties;
1. Analyze performance, cost, and revenue data, and offer solutions and strategies for developing business.
2. Control KPIs.
3. Investigate and punish driver's behavior.
4. Cooperate with related departments.
