Job Responsibilities 1. Provide necessary support to help achieve company goals in product quality, delivery, productivity and cost. 2. Design the assembly process to fulfil the new requirements. Tasks 1. Provide guidance and training to engineers, technicians and production. 2. Helps to lay out and implement the continuous improvement plan to enhance assembly yield, quality and productivity and to reduce cost. 3. Maintain and enhance the existing process and equipment to optimize the machine performance and production efficiency. 4. Introduce and develop the best equipment, process and methodology for Microchip in-house assembly in Thailand. 5. Develop and implement SPC, process monitor and IQC to optimize process and product quality. 6. Performs and develops the responsible space and procedure for assembly process. 7. Performs related to work as required.

Qualifications - BS or BE and Master degree in Electronic , Electrical and Computer or relate - 0-10 years Experience in Test IC manufacturing - Good in C Language, C++, Assembly programming - Good command in English both writing and speaking Job Responsibility - Analyzes and improves the production yield - Daily QC verification reviews - Controls and Improves on the product lot reject rate (LRR) both FT and QC - Controls and Improve Lot on Hold cycle time Tests specifications. - PDC Test and procedures. - Tests cost reduction. - New product introduction. - Reliability of products. - Customer complaints and returns. - Wafer probe test program issues. - Customer audits

Bachelor’s degree in any field. 1-15 years relevant experiences pertaining to the job applied. Good command of English. Experience in IC assembly equipment / process Assembly experience for Wire bond process Responsibilities Support assembly-engineering activities to help achieve department goals Provide assembly engineering support to Microchip operations in Thailand. Ensure the best quality, delivery and service. Design the assembly process to fulfill the new requirements

1. Maintain assigned application system of ASO Database System per end-user request. 2. Troubleshoot problem relate to assigned application system of ASO Database System. 3. Coordinates and provides end-user with automated system to increase their productivity. 4. Update, maintain and continual improvement the application system of ASO Database System. 5. Routinely cross check the actual loading and ASO report with MES Database. 6. Design and Maintain the ASO database such as data entry, information and documents. 7. Control a design pattern of ASO Database system. 8. Analyze system to improve ASO process. 9. Create, Develop and Modify application system to support end- user business process. 10. Provide end-user with more automated tools and solutions.

A newly college graduated engineer position is responsible for ensuring faultless functioning of the various machines in assigned area; ensuring health and safety regulations; performing quality check for manufactured products; ensuring that working process are in accordance with the defined specifications; coordinating with all concerned parties and performing other tasks as assigned by the supervisor/manager.
