หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Develop and execute business and product strategic and action plan to achieve the BU/ company goal
• Develop and execute sales strategy to achieve the assigned sales target to design the sales incentive scheme
• Review and analyze the sales performance and data to supreme optimization
• Plan and manage the resources in company such as human resources, equipment, budget, partner and technology, operating budgets to achieve the revenue and profit target
• Monitor and adapt the job descriptions for all staffs where appropriate.
• Coach, mentor, improve and discipline the staff with high leadership and legal awareness
• Implement and monitor both on-going and annually the performance management for all staffs
• Oversee and improve the efficient and effective business operation
• Ensure the positive cash flow. Forecast and control P/L
• Maintain and strengthen the long-terms and privilege relationship with reseller, customers and suppliers
• Ensure the excellency of business operation for customers since presales to post sales
• Manage the interest of all parties both internals and externals

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

- Age over 40 years
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrics, Telecommunication, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related IT fields
- Very good in English and Ms.Excel
- Master’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration is preferable
- Minimum 7-year experience in sales at the management level with proven sales records
- Minimum 7-year experience in industry of network, security solutions, software house and system integration
- Experience in cash flow and P/L management
Well versed in project sales or bidding throughout the delivery and warranty
- Excellent in leadership, interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and business acumen
