หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

- Participate in business planning, business model establishment, business decision-making.
- Assist the CEO to formulate strategic development plan, competitive strategy, etc.
- Build an operation and sales system, and be responsible for the organization, implementation, and monitoring to achieve strategic business goals.
- Build a combative team, and help team members grow rapidly. Establish the early-stage director system and the organizational structure for managers and senior management to formulate a recruitment plan, with the goal to achieve the recruitment target of 1,000 in-service employees and 5,000 part-time employees.
- Build the pre-administration and training senior management team. Develop a complete training framework system.
- According to the product strategy, formulate product operation strategies, build and improve the company’s operation team and operating system, and organize the completion of the company’s overall business plan.
- Responsible for overall business planning and layout, dismantling and landing the company's strategy.
- Responsible for operation management, formulate phased goals and plans according to the operation strategy, precipitate and apply efficient operation systems, processes, and methods, coordinate the implementation of each departments, and ensure the realization of business goals.

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, more than 3 years of COO or VP experience, and have a deep understanding of the P2P model and related fields.
2. Business insight and ability to solve complex problems, and have certain industry/personal resources.
3. Have a strong logic and overall view, strong analysis and planning capabilities, and a sense of pioneering and innovation, and have excellent resource integration capabilities and business promotion capabilities.
4. Strong learning ability and execution ability, result-oriented, able to work with pressure.
5. Possess company-level strategic thinking, strong market insight capabilities, passionate, and adaptable to fast-paced work.
6. Good team management and team motivation ability.
