หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
Provide local IT Field Services support in a self-directed manner to meet IT organization & team goals
Handle IT infrastructure support and ensure compliance with relevant regulations, process and principles
Handle onsite break-fix support and setup (PCs/Print devices/server/network devices/legacy phone systems)
Work independently for other requirements such as user IT orientation training when needed
Work independently for qualified site monthly report
Work independently for personal computer environment troubleshooting and other software used in Trane Technology setup and installation
Assist to check the IT room server, network equipment, UPS, air conditioners running status
Assist the server & network team to solve the problem about the server & network failure
Assist vendor for onsite IT tasks such as cabling project & hardware installation
Execute defined client computing lifecycle processes, manage IT asset inventory, disposal, and IT procurement activities
Be engaged in all IT infrastructure activities and projects assigned
Follow requirements to complete tasks to meet short-and long-term deadlines
Facilitate the setup of technology for office relocation
Follow and promote defined incident management procedures including the use of standard ticket management tools
Communicate and perform Root Cause Analysis, process improvement, risk reduction, security, and controls, change management related initiative
Constantly seeks process improvements communicates effectively and convincingly mitigates problems, involving stakeholder

Bachelor or equivalent degree from an accredited school, major in Information Technology
Ability to communicate, speak & write in English
At least three years of working experience in IT field service areas, include onsite support
Strong ownership, interpersonal skills, commitment driven style, have good communication & proactive characteristic
Strong sense of VIP support, good team player, have good communication, teamwork & documentation skill
Understanding of new requirements/process, able to do follow up
Knowledge of sever/network function is a plus
Be familiar in Microsoft Windows Operating Systems (Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 10, Windows 11), Microsoft Office Suites (2013, 2016, M365), Microsoft Software (SharePoint, Teams, Visio, Project, SCCM, Active Directory, OneDrive, other
Ethical, positive mindset with good problem-solving attitude
Ability to work with cross-functional & cross-country teams
Ability to work as part of a virtual team & remote workforce
Broad technical IT knowledge and awareness of industry trends
Self-Motivated, task orientated, multitasking with prioritization, works well in teams and able to evaluate priorities
Advanced troubleshooting skills on hardware & software (including end user computer, print device, server, network devices, video conference & telephony system)
Able to work under stress environment, independent with minimum supervision
