Assist the Human Resources department in supporting the recruitment process. Maintain employee relations, organize staff activities, and follow up on employee performance evaluations. Document management: Responsible for creating and archiving internal company documents (in both Chinese and Thai), such as contracts and reports. Assist in recording expenses and work with the finance department to process reimbursements. Provide general administrative support: Help the operations department with meeting arrangements, travel planning, and client reception tasks. Support the procurement of office supplies.
