Sales & Customer Service (Siam Paragon)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Deliver high standards of customer service
• Advise students on the best course that meets their needs and wants
• Help our students manage their learning schedules
• Communicate with students in person, on the phone and through digital channels
• Create and update the necessary admin files for internal and external use
• Collect satisfaction surveys from our students
• Help with day to day operation of the schools

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree
• Excellent communication skills in Thai
• Good communication skills in English, B1 or above ( https://test.modulo-education.org/ : Please submit the results to Email : hr@modulo.school )
• Good interpersonal skills
• Active and energetic
• Reliable and professional
