2.2 Employer Member is in the business of broker or insurance agent (of all kinds such as risk insurance, accidental insurance, life insurance, etc.), direct sale, single or multiple level marketing, finding members or Ponzi schemes, credit, credit card, financial institutes or any other similar business as aforementioned shall not be prohibited to use the services of JOBBKK.COM If it is found that any Employer Member is in the scope of this said business or there is a reasonable ground to believe that it is in the said business hiding to use the services, JOBBKK.COM JOBBKK.COM reserves the right to suspend or cancel its services to such Employer Member and Candidate Member without prior warning or notice and reserves the right to return any paid fees (if any).

2.3 Employer Member has behavior or there is a reasonable ground to believe that it is any or all behaviors as specified in Clauses 2.3.1, 2.3.2, 2.3.3 and 2.3.4, JOBBKK.COM reserves the right to suspend or cancel its services to such Employer Member and Candidate Member without prior warning or notice and reserves the right to return any paid fees (if any).

2.3.1 Employer Member has searched for more than 150 Candidate Members’ profiles without available position; or

2.3.2 There are Candidate Members’ profile search which are not in correspondence with the position Employer Member posted and there is any complaint from Candidate Member that he/she has been invited from Employer Member to work for the position Candidate Member specified in its profile explicitly that such position or type of business unsatisfied by Candidate Member to work.

2.3.3 Giving misrepresentation, forgery or arrogating the name of workplace without assignment or duty of such Employer Member or having any participation with such workplace regarding subscription as Employer Member.

2.3.4 Propagating the products and/or services, misleading to illegality, breach of ethics, libel, accusation, reviling, inciting, obscenity, threatening, harassment, disturbance, damaging others’ reputation or making others’ embarrassment or infringement the others’ personal right.

2.4 Employer Member and/or Candidate Member shall deliver required documents as specified in the rules for subscription such as a copy of an ID card, a copy of a registration certificate, Por.Por. 20 without evasion. If Employer Member and/or Candidate Member fails to deliver the documents or make forgery or deliver false documents, the website reserves the right to suspend or cancel its services to such Employer Member and Candidate Member without prior warning or notice and reserves the right to return any paid fees (if any).

2.5 Employer Member and/or Candidate Member shall receive the right to use the services of posting work position, searching for candidates’ profile to the extent of numbers and time period of using as specified in the date of subscription completely under the terms and conditions. 3. Main benefit services for Employer Member:

3.1 Employer Member can update the position itself (twice/day);
3.2 Employer Member can post the position itself 24 hours;
3.3 Employer Member can search for profile 24 hours;
3.4 Employer Member can see statistics and download Performance Report;
3.5 Employer Member can see the administration system of job allocation from Job Matching;
3.6 Employer Member can choose an application via Email (as specified by Employer Member) or can choose to restore in the system of JOBBKK.COM.
3.7 Employer Member can search for profile according to the number and time period within the date of expiration as specified.
3.8 Employer Member can see online contact information of the applicant in the system of JOBBKK.COM’s website (except for supplementary services);
3.9 Employer Member can add the company’s logo, map, and can link to its company’s website;
3.10 Employer Member can access to the system with the Username and Password which can be used per one computer ach time. Employer Member cannot use the Username and Password more than one computer at the same time.
3.11 Employer Member can support the use in both Thai and English.

4. Main benefit services for Candidate Member:

4.1 Candidate Member can choose to create its resume by itself;

4.11 Candidate Member can use the system with the Username and Password which can be used per one computer ach time. Candidate Member cannot use the Username and Password more than one computer at the same time.
