Responsible

• Manage overall regional software project from planning and execution to delivery.
• Develop a comprehensive project plan for solutions implementation; inclusive of project planning, scheduling, resource planning/coordination, risk management, and communication planning.
• Drive collaboration between internal functional teams and clients to achieve milestones and deliverables.
• Direct leadership of the development team including programmers and QA
