• -Escalate the incident which beyond responsibility to Customer’s authorized person to make the decision High Severity -Follow up end to end progress of tickets regarding cybersecurity issues Supporting -Co ordinate and provide support to Customer as requested regarding cybersecurity solutions -Daily checking for security news, vulnerability lists, released patch for active security products, virus definition and inactive antivirus agent on server and data center systems Supporting * Active Products are Server/Client OS, Server/Client Applications, Network Devices, Security Solution and Security Devices. Supporting -Daily monitor cybersecurity on Cyber Security Monitoring on tool Supporting -Support customer’s cybersecurity team for analysis, auditing, vulnerability assessment, penetration testing and so on
