End User Support (contract)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• •IT Support is responsible for day- to- day operation to monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks: •First technical support for systems, hardware, software and network •Troubleshoot and investigate the hardware, software and system incident •Participate and provide support to projects in assigned from supervisor •Key contact point for all user at head office for IT hardware and software issue •Supporting day-to-day operation incident •Maintaining user support and IT services •Troubleshoot, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults •Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and IT equipment •Handle multi-tasks and adapt to changing situations, ad-hoc projects and varying workloads to accommodate the needs of the business
