หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• The focal point of contact for SQL data query, consumer list generation, campaign list generation and also support for ad-hoc consumer list request. Keep the Loyalty Program run smoothly, first level investigation for Loyalty Program related issue, raise ticket and follow up with L2 Regional Retail Support for issue related to Loyalty Point calculation, Loyalty Program Redemption Generate customer lists for campaigns •Life cycle campaign (9 brands) •Birthday, Welcome, Pre-lapse, Replenishment, Reactivate •Weekly , Monthly •Total 35 campaign per month •Ad-hoc campaign (9 brands) •CRM team will discuss with brand first. •CRM team will send all request to me within 20th •Execute all campaign done within end of month (about 8 working days) •In case of brand need call list by store, have to separate result into each store (max spending store) •Estimate total ad-hoc 80-100 req. per month •Receive and manage CRM inquiry and issues, follow up, investigate Loyalty Point issues, including coordinate with related parties •Capability to convert data to a meaningful format for presentation •Manage varieties of data source into a structured table format

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• •SQL experience in T-SQL development at least 5 years •SSMS, SSIS, SSRS, SQL agents •Excel (Rank within 30% of LinkedIn skill assessment) •Good command in English •Ability to handle the requirements with professionalism, and good control work under pressure •Must be confident and flexible •Analytical Thinking on Requirement Analysis
