RESPONSIBILITIES : This position shall be responsible for remote support customer’s infrastructure. • Install Configure and Upgrade Operating Systems (Windows , Linux) and common standard application software. • Basic troubleshoots computer system, including hardware, software and network. • Receive and Response to customer issue or change request • Perform change configuration of system and network equipment follow by procedure and manual • Escalation to higher level when requires • Logging, follow up and tracking the details of Customer Requests and problems as cases. • Provide technical phone support to customers. • Provide remote support and/or remote maintenance to customers. • Provide reports to customers upon requests. • Maintain and/or Update customer information in the customer database.

QUALIFICATIONS : • Bachelor degree in Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or IT related fields. • 2-5 years’ experience in direct IT/Network/Engineering Technical support • Able to understand customer contracts, Service Level Agreement, and Scopes of work. • Basic knowledge of o Computer/Server Hardware, o Windows server / Linux OS o MS Office o Microsoft Exchange and Outlook o TCP/IP, Networking o Network Security and VPN o Anti-virus software • Experience with below products would be benefit: o Cisco router and switch (CCNA, CCNP) o Microsoft Certificate (MTA, MCSA, MCSE) o VMware Certificate. o Public Cloud Certificate such as Azure/ AWS • Good command of English. • Excellent communication skill. • Good Troubleshooting skills. • Experience with Remote Applications and Tools such as VNC, PC anywhere, Windows Remote Desktop, VPN, Telnet, SSH will be benefit. • Customer Service mind. • Able to work under pressure and time constrain.
