หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

-Single point of contact to customer and Japanese team
-Coordinate with MHSC and FJ for PID, Tel and SMS Works only
-Coordinating project schedules, resources, equipment and information
-Troubleshoot problems and questions encountered by Users. This includes escalate to regional support teams if
required and follow up until incident has been resolved
-Cooperate with 3rd parties to resolve the equipment problems
-Provide call routing or dispatching to Customer’s vendors or partners (defined by Customer)
-Lead of test and evaluate new product.
-Planning for equipment resource inventory
-Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
-Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
-Ensuring that clients’ needs are met as the project evolves
-Analyze risks and opportunities
