Networks Engineer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Focus on Managed Network, Security and WAN/Internet Service Operation and Maintenance. • Technical Consultant for customer’s network infrastructure. • Consult presale team to design network and security solution for the customer • Deliver project management for Network communication service. • Receive and Response to customer issue or problem which is escalated from NOC • Troubleshooting the problem related to DC services and Cloud Infrastructure • Escalation to higher level when requires • Receive and Response to customer issue or problem. • Provide technical phone support to customers. • Provide remote support and/or remote maintenance to Data Center and customers. • Provide reports to customers upon requests. • Maintain and/or Update customer information in the customer database.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Basic knowledge of o Computer/Server Hardware, o Windows operating system, o TCP/IP, Networking (Internet, LAN, WAN) o Network Security and VPN • Experience with the below products would be benefit: o Cisco router and switch (CCNA or CCNP) o Firewall and VPN (Palo Alto, Cisco ASA, Fortigate etc.) o Public and Private Cloud (AWS, Azure, Google, Vmware etc.) • Good troubleshooting skills. • Good command of english. • Excellent communication skill. • Experience with network monitoring tools such as OpManager, SolarWind or PRTG will be benefit. • Customer service mind. • Able to work under pressure and time constrain.
