Project Coordinator (IT security)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• •Establish, develop and maintain a good relationship with customers •Be the major focal point between customers and Implement team, leading and execute project timeline and communication •Assist during the sales process with sales in order to propose project development directions and prepare project bidding documents to fit with the customer's business needs. •Convert the customer's project requirements to the tasks of each team, review progress, and continuously evaluate projects to ensure that it meets the customer’s needs. •Explain and discuss project plan, functional specification, page flow or other project documents and matters to both internal parties and customer in order to align a mutual agreed expectation of project. •Manage projects, including planning project resources, scheduling, budgeting, implementation, control, and final delivery of projects to meet expectations within the timeline, quality, and budget. •Proactively Identify possible risk in the project, solve problems, clear obstacles and manage business unit’s expectation so to ensure a smooth delivery of project in a timely and high-quality manner •Control and ensure to deliver the project within assigned man days •Provide project delivery documents, update project progress, and other required project documents.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• •Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Computer Science or related field. •At least 2 years of solid working experience in IT related project management •Ability to maintain excellent relationships with Clients •Technically proficient, self-motivated and results driven •IT Security and cloud knowledge is an advantage •Experience with Security Technologies – Endpoint Security, Network Security
