Cloud Operations engineer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• •Cloud Infrastructure Support: o Assist in the day-to-day management of cloud services on Azure, AWS, GCP, and local cloud. o Monitor cloud environments, ensuring optimal performance and availability. o Assist in the implementation and deployment of cloud-based resources and services. •Incident Management: o Respond to alerts and incidents related to cloud services. o Collaborate with senior team members to resolve incidents quickly and efficiently. •Maintenance and Upgrades: o Apply patches and updates to cloud services and tools as directed. o Perform routine backups and assist in disaster recovery procedures. •Documentation: o Maintain documentation for operational procedures and system configurations. o Document incident reports and resolution steps. •Continuous Learning: o Stay updated with the latest developments in supported cloud platforms.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• •Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field. •2-3 years of experience in cloud infrastructure and operations, or recent graduates with strong internship experience. •Knowledge of windows ,linux ,Vmware, Azure, AWS, and/or GCP. •Knowledge of network and security solution (Cisco/Palo alto). •Familiarity with basic cloud principles and architecture. •Basic understanding of infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation is a plus. •Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn. •Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
