Senior Cloud Operations Team Lead

• •Team Leadership and Management: oLead, mentor, and develop the Cloud Operations Team ensuring high-performance standards and alignment with organizational goals. oCoordinate with other IT and business teams to ensure streamlined operations and effective collaboration. •Cloud Infrastructure Management: oOversee the design, implementation, and support of infrastructure services on Azure, AWS, GCP, and local cloud. oEnsure optimal performance, availability, and security of all cloud services. oManage costs effectively and optimize cloud resources. •Incident and Problem Management: oOversee and participate in incident resolution, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption. oImplement effective root cause analysis and long-term fix for problems. oWork as part of a team and provide 24x7 support when required. •Continuous Improvement: oEvaluate and introduce new tools, technologies, and practices to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness. oKeep abreast of industry best practices and innovations. •Security and Compliance: oWork with security teams to ensure cloud environments are compliant with internal policies and external regulations. oRegularly review and audit infrastructure to identify potential security vulnerabilities. •Documentation and Reporting: o Maintain thorough documentation for all operational procedures and cloud infrastructure configurations. o Provide regular reports on infrastructure health, performance, and costs.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• •Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field. •3+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure and operations, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role. •Deep expertise in Azure, AWS, and GCP. Experience with local cloud infrastructure is a plus. •Strong understanding of cloud architecture and best practices. •Knowledge of Windows / linux based systems •knowledge of LAN/WAN solutions, include experience with Cisco routers and switches, Internet firewalls, VPN •Familiarity with monitoring and ITSM tools like CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, OpManager, servicedesk plus. •Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. •Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
