Project Manager (Contract 1 year)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Overall service and project delivery management in strategic accounts. • Organizing programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization. • Developing new programs/solutions to support the strategic direction. • Creating and managing long-term solutions and opportunities roadmap. • Developing a budget and operating plan to deliver services to strategic accounts. • Revenue, GM2, Cost management within strategic accounts. • Developing an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement. • Work with Pre-sales to develop proposals to secure new projects within strategic accounts. • Managing a team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities. • Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality and team member performance. • Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved. • Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services. • Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle. • Analyzing program risks. • Working on strategy with marketing team.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in business or related field. • At least 10 years IT experience in an enterprise environment. • Proven experience in program management. • Proven stakeholder management skills. • Proven experience managing a team. • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook. • Understanding of project management. • Experience in a wide variety of IT disciplines, including networking, servers, storage, data management, operations and disaster recovery. • ITIL v3 certification Foundations highly desirable. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Demonstrated ability to quickly understand complex systems. • Excellent communication skill in English is a must. • Excellent presentation skills are a must. • Good at creating Power Point presentation slides. • Ability to simultaneously work on multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. • Strong verbal and written communications. • Ability to interact with individuals at all levels within an organization. • Experience in system implementation and/or system development projects are benefits.
