หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Manage a team of Service Desk support staff
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Oversee daily operations of the service desk
• Ensure that Service Desk support processes and procedures align with the customer’s organizational policies and standards.
• Streamlined communication
• Act as a key contact point for the customer's management team, handling communication and coordinating responses to ad hoc requests
• Meeting & Reporting
• Participate in the customer's organizational meetings as the service desk representative
• Generate reports on incident

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering or any related fields
• Knowledge in Windows Operating System, Microsoft Office, MS SQL would be advantage.
• Ability to work flexible
• Service-mind and interpersonal skill is a must
• Good communication in English
