Programming/Customization
Project coordinator ,Prepare System Specification, file, database, organizations, programming documentation
Develop & Customization assignment application
Design Forms, procedures and documentation needed for installation and maintenance of application
Prepare Text Specification and perform Testing
Conduct Testing for System Test and User Acceptance Test
Function Test
Testing and collect actual testing results
System Implementation
Install OS & Software & Peripheral
Set up system parameters
Enter set up data
Prepare user manual
Trouble Shooting
Receive calls from 1st line support/customer
Maintain technical and service support

Bachelor degree in Computer Engineer, Computer Sciences or any related fields
At least 3 years' experience in service and support application fields
Having knowledge in Software development and Software Testing would be advantaged
Having knowledge in CRM or Retail Business would be advantaged
Knowledge in Development work would be advantaged
Development/Customization: Microsoft.Net, Visual Basic or JAVA
Database: MS SQL Server
Report Writing, Crystal Report, Report Writer Similar Tool
Good written and communication skill in English
Ability to perform job under time constraint/pressure
Ability to work frequently in nighttime/holiday and upcountry
