IT Engineer (Contract)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Advance troubleshoots computer system, including of hardware, software, network and peripheral equipment.
• Planning, design, research, acquisition of new or upgrade hardware are software configuration.
• Acting as technical resource in assisting customer to resolve problem of equipment and data
• Maintain current knowledge of hardware, software, network technology and network security.
• Manage existing IT asset as Administrator
• Produce documents as required in regular work.
• Perform other duties of a similar nature or level.
• Managing and coordinating with vendors.
• Work under customer environment and instruction.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer, Computer Business or any related fields
• At least 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure or any related fields
• Experience in fundamental infrastructure such as Server, Storage and SAN architecture
• Experience in VMware vSphere ESX
• Experience in Microsoft Windows OS, AD, DNS, File Share, SQL
• Experience in Cloud technology, O365, Azure
• Experience in Network technology, Cisco Switch
• Knowledge in Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) such as Horizon View
• Knowledge in Backup software technology such as Veritas, Veeam
• Computer literacy (MS word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good command of English
