IT Asset (Contract 4 months)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Receive and Response to customer inquiries via call/e-mail with prompt, accurate, and courteous replies.
• Manage the full lifecycle (plan-to-retire) of all IT hardware and software assets.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the IT Asset Management database (CMDB).
• Handle the deployment and recovery of assets for employee onboarding and offboarding.
• Perform regular physical inventory audits to ensure data accuracy
• Track software licenses and hardware warranties, managing renewals and expirations.
• Process daily asset-related requests for transfers, repairs, and replacements.
• Support asset disposal processes, ensuring data security and compliance
• Others as assigned by Project Manager/Team lead

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Male or Female, age not over 30
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in IT asset management, inventory control, or a similar role
• Basic understanding of IT hardware, software, and lifecycle management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel skills.
• High attention to detail with strong organizational and tracking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work independently
