IT Operation Manager (ฺBTS Chong Nonsi)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Manage OS Operation Support Team
• Advance troubleshooting for related portion both Tradition and New Technology of Server HW and related portion for Customer environment
• Gathering user requirements and coordinate with operation team, implementation team and related parties to deliver service to customer
• Assist in planning, design, research, acquisition of new or upgrade hardware and software configuration.
• Acting as technical resources in assisting IT Specialist or customer to resolve problem of equipment and data. Recommends modifications as necessary of hardware and software to customers
• Maintain current knowledge of hardware, software, network technology and network security from not only Fujitsu products but also 3rd party hardware and software products
• Co-ordinate with Pre-sale technical team to provide solution or service for new project opportunity
• Work follows Incident Management and Change Management Process with customer procedure.
• Others tasks as assigned by Project Manager

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT or any related fields
• At least 5 years’ experience in IT Business, service & support, or any related fields
• Knowledge in Modernization Technology such as Server HW, OS ,Windows 10-11,M365, Hypervisor - VMWare, OVM, OKVM, Hyper-V, CCTV, Basic network)
• Experience in system development projects are benefits
• Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management
• Business & IT strategy experience
• Ability to multi-task and good at problem solving
• Customer-focused mindset
• Service-mind and interpersonal skill.
• Good command of English
