IT Support (Contract)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Configure and deploy marketing campaigns on the Adobe platform according to requirements.
• Set up campaign logic, workflows, rules, triggers, segments, and personalization elements.
• Perform end-to-end campaign testing (UAT, QA).
• Provide operational support and troubleshoot issues related to campaign execution.
• Monitor campaign performance and ensure successful delivery to customers.
• Coordinate and communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently.
• Communicate clearly and professionally in English with customers and cross-functional teams.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering or any related fields
• 1-2 years in IT services, configuration campaign or promotion, CRM
• Knowledge in Windows Operating System, Microsoft Office, O365, SQL Command
• Ability to work flexible Service-mind and interpersonal skill is a must
• Good command of English (especially speaking)
