IT Support Onsite (Contract)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Responsible of the overall operation and administration and maintains of retail business (including Server, Security, Network, POS, and IT equipment)
• Provide IT operations functions to customers for the organization’s standard hardware
• Responsible for the sourcing installation, and life-cycle maintenance of servers, software, communication solution and equipment, and LAN network connectivity equipment
• Perform as a team member with local operations staff and key users, provides strategic, budgeting and disaster recovery business continuity planning to offices and staff in multiple operating, business and functional units
• Responsible for maintenance of systems documentation such as operations manuals
• Trouble Shooting Receive calls from 1st line support/customer Perform work analysis and trouble shooting Problem solving/solution and making corrections
• Support Provides escalated on-site support for hardware, software and network connectivity issues Maintain technical and service support

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer or any related fields
• At least 2-3 years’ experience in customer service or IT Service Management
• Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management
• Good Troubleshooting skills
• Ability to multi-task and good at problem solving
• Service-minded and interpersonal skills
• Good command of English
• Able to work overtime
• Standby Monday-Friday after (6:00 PM) on weekdays
• Stand by 2 weekends per month (Saturday–Sunday), rotating with the existing team
