Network Engineer (Chachoengsao)(Contract)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Execute routine operational tasks and system health checks.
• Adjust cloud service limits/quotas based on authorized Client requests.
• Review and update asset inventory.
• Prepare and maintain ISO 27001:2022 documentation in coordination with audit teams.
• Create/modify DNS records (e.g., AWS Route 53).
• Perform routing, port changes, and other approved network configurations.
• Operate FortiGate, Aruba, HP, Cisco devices (Switches, Routers, Wireless Controllers, AP, ClearPass).
• Support Firewall, WAF, SD-WAN, and SASE operations
• Operate Dell, HP, Synology, and Microsoft server equipment.
• Support ESXi, Linux, Hyper-V, and VMware environments.
• Execute backup tasks (NAS, QNAP, Veeam).
• Perform DR-Site tasks as directed.
• Operate AWS, M365, and Google Cloud services at a basic operational level following Client instructions.
• Execute runbooks and initial response actions provided by the Client.
• Perform diagnostic or remediation commands as directed.
• Implement infrastructure changes using Client-provided Isac templates.
• Execute patching and updates per approved change schedules.
• Perform Client-defined cost optimization tasks, such as shutting down non-production resources.
• Update Security Group and ACL rules based on Client instructions.
• Execute test restore activities per Client schedule.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.
• Experience in IT infrastructure operations (network, server, or cloud).
• Hands-on experience with FortiGate, Aruba, Cisco, or equivalent network technologies.
• Basic working knowledge of AWS / M365 / Google Cloud.
• Ability to follow runbooks and change procedures accurately.
• Ability to work 24/7 on-call and attend onsite when required.
• Strong discipline, fast learner, and good coordination/communication skills.
