Head Of Customer Service

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• -Ensure that all teams provide a high level of professional customer service, including estimates, order processing, and handling commercial complaints -Ensure that team KPIs are met and, in case of deviations, implement countermeasures -Ensure that the commercial customer service team is always available to support clients, process quotations and orders on schedule, and handle commercial complaints -Mentor and develop customer service agents and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment -Develop service procedures, policies and standards -Control resources and utilise assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets -Handle customers’ complaints and providing appropriate service recovery. -Review service quality from customer feedback to go beyond customers expectations.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• -Bachelor’s degree in any related field -Having at least 3 years experience in related field -Strong presentation and communication skills, excellent interpersonal when dealing with people from multi departments/outsides
