• As a Partnership Manager, you will drive the expansion of our brand by building strategic partnerships and forging relationships with external companies to increase awareness, conversions, and customer engagement. We are looking for a results-oriented, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and has a proven track record of securing high-impact partnerships. The ideal candidate is a hustler, capable of sourcing leads, negotiating deals, and managing relationships to maximize mutual benefits.

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or sales, preferably within the retail or fashion industry.
• Proven track record of bringing in leads, closing deals, and achieving growth targets.
• Experience in retail or consumer-focused partnerships is highly desirable
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable terms and drive value for both parties.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to foster trust and rapport with partners.
• Proactive and results-driven mindset with a “hustler” mentality, capable of working independently to meet ambitious goals.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and priorities
