Raw Materials Buyer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Development of new collections
• ● Work with design, marketing, quality, innovation and development teams to develop new collections
• ● Help designers to find the most suitable materials to their need by offering existing materials or sourcing new materials within our supplier portfolio
• ● Being able to suggest the best supplier for each project considering price and MOQ/MCQ
• ● Negotiate prices and MOQ/MCQ conditions for all new materials
• ● Help development offices to anticipate development orders
• Data management in ERP (PLM and SAP)
• ● Create new suppliers
• ● Create new materials
• ● Update prices and conditions following negotiations
• ● Create purchase orders for sample orders
• Relationship with suppliers
• ● Understand activity, production process and constraints of all suppliers
• ● Set up and maintain good business relationship with new suppliers
• ● Stand as a middleman between suppliers and other services (accounting, quality, logistics, supply) to help find compromise
• ● Assess the performance of suppliers during visits/meetings
• Daily follow-up missions
• ● Follow up new projects with innovation team and suppliers
• ● Follow up duplication projects with quality team and suppliers
• ● Work closely with supply team to negotiate MOQ/MCQ with suppliers or push in case of urgent materials needed

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor Degree in Business fields or Textile
• A first experience in purchasing / sourcing / merchandiser jobs in the textile industry is appreciated (not mandatory)
• Good negotiation / persuasion / communication / organization skills
• Good level in English (spoken and written)
• Basic computer skills
