Production Manager (ผู้จัดการผลิต)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• -Managing production operations. -Acting as a coordinator for the production area with all related parties. -Ensuring and monitoring production procedures, activities, operations and administration in reference to compliance with the company standards and requirements. -Ensuring products are manufactured on time and in accordance with quality and standard requirements. -Managing, supervising and developing the production team. -Motivating the members and maintaining high morale. -Collecting data and driving towards the achievement of KPIs in relation to productivity, quality, costs and SHE requirements. -Ensuring the production teams comply with SHE regulations and all related policies.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 1.Bachelor Degrees or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, Material Handling Engineering or related fields. 2.Good Command of both Spoken and written English 3.Have a solid sense of owner. 4.Expertise in PDCA/Kaizen concept. 5.Strong in leadership. 6.Can do and open minded attitudes, dynamic and hard working. 7.Excellent in long-term planning, analytical thinking and problem solving. 8.Excellent in communication & presentation skill. 9.At least 5 years in management level in Feed Mill Machine or Continuous Process is a must. 10.At least 10 years of working experiences in continuous process operation is preferred.
