Senior Sales and General Admin

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1.Monitor overall Sales Support for Sales team and Sales department. 2.Coordinate with internal departments especially Financial, Accounting, etc. 3.Responsible for any update of sales report by weekly and monthly. 4.Supervising subordinates to perform as assigned. 5.Manage and follow up the correspondence between the sales team and their clients. 6.Provide efficient day to day office operation, sales administrative support, logistics co-ordination & other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time. 7.Handle general admin issues, maintain proper filing system to ensure both printed and electronics documents are traceable in an efficient manner. 8.Process Quotation, PO, Sales Contract, Invoice, DO and practicing proper documentation manner and ensure timely deliveries.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 1.Male or Female, age not less than 35 years old. 2.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields. 3.At least 2+ years of experience in Sales Admin or Sales support functions.
