Art Director – Sports Content (Premier League)

• Creative Leadership & Direction: Set the overarching visual tone, aesthetic concept, and design guidelines for MONOMAX’s Premier League coverage across all digital, broadcast, and social platforms.
• Team Management: Direct, mentor, and review the output of our graphic designers, motion designers, and content editors, fostering a high-performance, agile environment.
• High-Impact Artwork Production: Oversee and approve the production of premium visual content including application UI banners, live-match thumbnails, match-day promos, match fixtures, interactive infographics, and YouTube/social media thumbnail assets.
• Brand Compliance: Ensure all designed assets strictly align with both MONOMAX’s brand identity and the stringent official branding guidelines mandated by the English Premier League.
• Agile Campaign Execution: Drive rapid-turnaround creative assets for breaking football news, weekly highlights, real-time match results, transfer windows, and multi-channel marketing campaigns (AIS partnerships, etc.).
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Copywriters, Sports Content Strategists, Video Editors, and Marketing Teams to conceptualize compelling narratives that optimize audience engagement and subscriber retention.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Visual Communication Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5–8 years of professional experience in graphic design or creative roles, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership capacity (as a Senior Designer or Art Director).
• Industry Background: Proven experience in digital streaming (OTT platforms), sports media, advertising agencies, or broadcasting networks is highly preferred.
• Football & EPL Passion: Deep knowledge of and genuine passion for the English Premier League, its clubs, star players, and broader football culture. You must know how to translate "football hype" into design.
• Technical Mastery: Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign, Premiere Pro). Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools and UI workflows is an asset.
• Speed & Flexibility: Ability to thrive under tight deadlines and adapt to non-traditional sports scheduling (such as late-night live match-days, weekends, and real-time social trending events).
• Communication: Exceptional communication and presentation skills in Thai, with professional proficiency in English (for dealing with official Premier League brand compliance assets).
• Portfolio: A stellar portfolio showcasing strong typography, dynamic layouts, photo manipulation, branding consistency, and examples of sports or entertainment marketing creative work.
