Food Production Factory Manager

• We are looking for the right candidate to manage our Central Kitchen smoothly, our Central Kitchen consist of food production team, warehouse & logistic, quality assurance, maintenance, procurement, inventory account and HR & Admin.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Thai or Foreign Nationality • Conduct studies to discover ways to improve the efficiency of production and warehousing processes • Ensure manufacturing and processing staff wear appropriate sanitary and protective gear to ensure health and safety • Monitor every aspect of production to ensure compliance with established procedures and standards • Oversee the maintenance, repair, and replacement of production equipment to ensure smooth work operations • Oversee inventory, warehouse and logistics of the Central Kitchen • Allot work tasks to company staff according to their specialization and history • Prepare periodic reports to update upper management on food production activities, logistics and warehousing • Maintain accurate inventory of raw materials and processed food products • Ensure products and raw materials are stored properly at optimum conditions • Ensure all company regulations and government legislations are adhered to • Good decision maker and problem solving. • Hold Occupational Safety Officer at High Technical Level or higher. • Excellent knowledge of Safe, Health and Environment for Factory • At least 5 years of experience in Food Factory Manager Role. • Be able to manage 80++staff • Experience in HACCP / GMP environment • Experience in food quality control, warehouse & logistic, inventory, procurement, and HR is preferable. • Experience in a high volume kitchen such as central kitchen / flight catering or banqueting. • Be able to manage food factory license and all related licenses. • Good command of both spoken and written English • Thai language proficiency a must • Computer literate – Microsoft Office
