Senior Accounting Officer-AP

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Review expenditure expense reports for proper authorization and precision • Reform and execute operations and processes • Ensure accuracy in daily invoices and meet time limits • Serve as contact for resolving complicated billing systems • Build solid relationships across all units at various accounting levels • Ascertain the accuracy of accounts payable standard files and the accounts payable integrations to the general records • Participate in creation and interpretation of enhanced finance related methods to ensure consistency with accounts payable prerequisites • Ensure that company’s invoices are precisely administered • Organize account payments and working together with other units, taking into account all transactions within the group company. • Handle Cash Flow daily. • Handle all AP and Payment. • Handle PN and due to Bank and Government. • Handling all tax the group company. • Reconcile all account BS concern for AP and other. • Assistant take care audit for FS the group company.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Bachelor degree in Accounting. - At least 5 years’ experience in Accounting and Finance, especially A/P - Experience in Accounting "Senior Level" - English is a plus - Good computer literacy - Knowledge of Express program
