• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and schedule staff. Provide ongoing coaching, conduct performance reviews, and resolve employee conflicts.
• Meet sales goals and manage budgets for labor, food costs, and waste reduction. Oversee payroll and track operational expenses
• Greet guests, handle complaints, and maintain high service standards. Ensure smooth coordination between the kitchen and waitstaff.
• Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and maintain relationships with vendors to avoid shortages.
• Guarantee strict adherence to food safety, sanitation, and licensing regulations.
• Entertain customers, engage in conversation, build good relationships, and make customers feel comfortable and at ease.

• Age 30-45 years old.
• Use Pos / MS Offices / Can Write English Email
• Service MInd, Knowledge about F&B
• Have 5 years about F&B Manager experiences only or higher
• Good at in English
• Good and assertive personality
• Manage employees
