• <p>Overview of Duties:</p> <p>- Manages project from start (final drawings interior, exterior, M&amp;E) to finish (opening)</p> <p>- Participate in meetings re: information, specifications and other details relating to projects</p> <p>- Conduct site inspection with designer/ construction team</p> <p>- Create master project timeline and manages target dates/ timeline</p> <p>- Serves as the main liaison for all vendors and suppliers</p> <p>- Source contractor / suppliers to participate in bidding process</p> <p>- Provides direction and specifications to vendors and set deadlines</p> <p>- Collect and present BOQ comparisons, make recommendations</p> <p>- Coordinates project task lists to all involved departments of Wine connection</p> <p>- Logistics: oversees delivery, quality/ quantity control, storage space, and delivery to outlet</p> <p>- Creates and manages opening punch list</p> <p>- Follow up on mission and defective items</p> <p>- Maintain &ldquo;lesson learned&rsquo; log</p> <p>- Summary of project</p> <p>- Summary of budget</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Competencies:</p> <p>- Ability to work independently and managing multiple assignments at a time</p> <p>- Capability of planning, organizing and prioritizing workload</p> <p>- Able to speak, read and write in English</p> <p>- Handle and process confidential records, files, information and phone messages</p> <p>- Can systematically manage the project from start to finish</p> <p>- Other duties as assigned by F&amp;B management</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Technical Competencies:</p> <p>- Computer skills and knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, Excel, internet and e-mail applications</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p align="center">Please contact us at Wine Connection<br> <br> <b>Human Resources Department<br> <br> Wine Connection Co., Ltd.</b><br> <b>1 Sivadon Bldg.
