- 1st level Helpdesk for day-to-day operation (both application and hardware) via Phone and remote support (on-site required from time to time) - Day to Day monitoring of IT Infrastructure and / or Information Security - Conduct the IT Induction Training and / or Windows Operating & Applications to all new joiner and staff - Coordinate with ISP, transit provider, content provider and carriers to install/commission/test new WAN and LAN circuits at remote sites - Assist in Research / Develop and Deploy a new technology, Develop a Standard Image of PCs, Maintain the IT Asset Inventory Database and Core IT Infrastructure Equipment and Network (Layer 2 & Layer 3) - Manage and Maintain the Information Technology Asset Inventory - Manage Vendor for Information Technology Repairing

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field - A fair command of English (reading, writing and speaking) with the capability to improve - Good interpersonal, communication, problem-solving skills, punctuality, team player, flexibility and self-learning Ability - Ability to maintain and support computer hardware, and software including Microsoft Windows Operating System, Microsoft Office, Business Applications and Network Infrastructure - Experience and Skill as well as CCNA Level /Configuration (VLAN, Routing, SNMP) /Server Virtualization Skill (VMware) /Basic Knowledge ITIL will be advantage - Self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized - Able to work outside normal business hours is a plus
